Role Description The Lead Solar Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bhopal Area. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing solar performance, installation, and customer data to generate meaningful insights for business and operations teams.

The Lead Solar Data

Analyst will develop dashboards and reports, monitor system efficiency, identify patterns and anomalies, and support forecasting and capacity planning. The position involves collaborating with engineering, operations, and leadership to optimize system design, improve process efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Analyst will also guide junior analysts, define data standards, and help implement best practices in data governance and analytics.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid data analysis and statistical skills, including experience with data cleaning, modeling, and performance evaluation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in data tools and visualization platforms, such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Candidates should possess knowledge of solar energy concepts, system performance metrics, and basic electrical or engineering principles related to rooftop solar.
- Candidates should possess experience in building reports and dashboards for business stakeholders, with a focus on clear communication of insights and recommendations.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Candidates should possess the ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively across operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the solar or broader renewable energy sector, and familiarity with Indian residential solar market dynamics, is an advantage.
