Responsibilities

- Build enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement microservices solutions deployed to cloud platforms
- Develop RESTful APIs to integrate backend services with frontend applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering team members
- Support architectural decisions to meet quality, security, reliability, and compliance standards
- Apply Agile and DevOps best practices across the software development lifecycle
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
- Leverage containerization and orchestration tools to deploy and manage services

Requirements





- Proven 5+ years of hands-on design and development experience using Java 21, Quarkus, and Java/JEE
- Strong expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and JUnit
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, Sybase, and PL/SQL
- Demonstrated experience with microservices architecture, Azure Cloud, and Serverless
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including pods, containers, services, and Istio
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Redis
- Solid skills in RESTful APIs and integrating backend services with frontend applications
- Familiarity with Git/GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Nice to have

- Understanding of UI technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and React (including Hooks)
- Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with performance tuning and DevOps
- Capability to implement UX designs into responsive, scalable, maintainable UI solutions following industry standards and patterns
