Build the Engineering Talent Behind Next-Generation Semiconductor Products

CareerXperts Consulting is looking for a Lead Semiconductor Recruiter to own and drive hiring across the Embedded, VLSI and Semiconductor ecosystem .

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands technical talent, can manage complex hiring mandates and enjoys finding highly specialized engineering professionals in a competitive talent market.

What You Will Do

- Own end-to-end hiring for Embedded, VLSI and Semiconductor roles across different levels.
- Work closely with Engineering Leaders, Hiring Managers, CTOs and Business Heads to understand technical requirements.
- Build targeted sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-find semiconductor talent.
- Hire across areas such as RTL Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Analog/Mixed Signal, ASIC/SoC, Embedded Software, Firmware and related technologies .
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active semiconductor professionals.
- Screen candidates for both technical suitability and organizational fit .
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure and joining .
- Develop solid relationships with candidates and create long-term talent networks.
- Mentor recruiters and contribute to improving sourcing strategies, recruitment processes and delivery quality.




- Provide clients with talent-market insights, availability, compensation trends and hiring intelligence .

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with strong exposure to Semiconductor, Embedded and/or VLSI hiring .
- Good understanding of semiconductor technologies, engineering roles and technical skill sets.
- Proven experience hiring niche and highly specialized engineering talent .
- Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to identify passive candidates.
- Experience working directly with engineering and technology leadership .
- Strong candidate engagement, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide recruiters while remaining hands-on with critical mandates.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to recruitment.
- Passion for technology and curiosity to continuously understand emerging semiconductor and embedded technologies.
