The role will own the complete sales cycle for our AC and DC EV charging solutions, from identifying and acquiring new vehicle OEM accounts to product approval, commercial negotiation, purchase order execution, and long-term account growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new 2W, 3W, 4W, commercial vehicle, and e-mobility OEM accounts.

- Map and engage OEM stakeholders across R&D;, engineering, procurement, purchase, and supply chain.

- Drive the sales pipeline from prospecting and cold outreach to commercial closure.

- Manage RFQs, RFIs, technical presentations, product approvals, trials, validations, and compliance submissions.

- Coordinate with internal product and R&D; teams to provide solutions aligned with OEM requirements.

- Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, supply agreements, and volume commitments.

- Manage strategic OEM accounts, account plans,



business reviews, upselling, and escalations.

- Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.

Candidate requirements

- 6-8 years of B2B sales experience in EV charging, automotive components, EV mobility, or allied auto-tech industries.

- Demonstrable experience selling to vehicle OEMs.

- Experience with OEM product approval, vendor registration, and long sales cycles.

- Strong knowledge of AC/DC EV charging technology, OEM procurement processes, and the Indian OEM landscape.

- Robust negotiation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

- Comfortable travelling extensively across West India.
