Job Requirements Job Profile Summary Responsible for wing-to-wing program execution to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and external customers. Partners with Program Manager to define the program schedule and works with the cross-functional team to ensure delivery on time, within scope, within budget, and to the desired quality.

Works with modality partners and cross-functional teams to coordinate program integrations and interdependencies. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies.

Work Experience Roles and Responsibilities

- 10-12 years of total experience in Engineering, Medical, or related domains.
- 8+ years of Project Lead/Management experience leading cross-functional programs
- Work with globally located program team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate and track day-to-day execution per program plan
- Manage communications with stakeholders, team members, and collaborators on program execution status and progress
- Utilize analytical thinking and leadership skills to drive program execution
- Coordinate with modality partners and extended cross-functional teams on program integrations and interdependencies
- Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward
- Use experience and judgement to facilitate problem solving activities
- Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies
- Escalate issues and risks to program leadership as needed
- Capture lessons-learned and drive continuous improvement




- Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed, driving simplification and improvement when applicable

Required Qualifications

- This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Program Integration. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

- Proficiency with MS Office suite of products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Proficiency with Program Management tools such as MS Project and Smart Sheet
