Role & responsibilities

1. Leading Project management @ R&D; office for TIVOLT
2. Interface with design, development, manufacturing and supplier partners in ensuring timely delivery of projects
3. Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure optimal performance and qualified growth.
4. Plan, coordinate, and prioritize design projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting customer specifications.
5. Provide supplier development through Engineering design support for productivity improvement projects through effective participation on cross-functional teams.
6. Coordinate with operations group at manufacturing facilities to implement Launching of projects.
7. Experience in Engineering Bill of Material generation, engineering spec release, Design change proposal for spec release.
8. Complete Vehicle development and coordination with Manufacturing plant after Launch of vehicles
9.



Vehicle BOM management and tracking of MOMs experience will be added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proven experience of 08 to 10 Years in automotive product development lifecycle Project management and Integration
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.
3. Knowledge of automotive body structures, manufacturing processes, materials, and regulations is preferred
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex design issues.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Strong project management abilities, with experience in planning, organizing, and delivering projects within set timelines and budgets.
7. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
