Lead, Power Platform | Bengaluru, India | Hybrid A leading global consumer products organisation is seeking an experienced Lead, Power Platform professional to take ownership of enterprise-scale analytics, automation, and low-code solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a senior technical role focused on designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Build advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and DAX calculations.
- Develop scalable data models using Dataverse and Azure data services.
- Manage Power Platform environments, solution management, and deployment pipelines.
- Configure secure on-premises and cloud data gateways.
- Implement RBAC, row-level security, and data governance.
- Develop workflow automation using Power Automate.
- Build scalable Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
- Integrate Power Platform with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Databricks.
- Design and optimise data ingestion, transformation, and reporting pipelines.
- Develop and optimise complex SQL queries.
- Lead monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Power Platform and BI environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Power BI and Power Platform developers.
- Work within an Agile development environment and promote robust engineering and governance practices.

Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform .
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI Server, and Copilot .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Databricks .
- Advanced DAX and data modelling capabilities.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex query development and optimisation.
- Experience implementing Copilot or Microsoft GenAI capabilities within digital products.
- Experience leading a high-performing team of Power BI developers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

Desirable
- Master's degree in Business Intelligence or a related discipline.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure.
- Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, particularly Supply Chain or Commercial functions.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations and large datasets.
