Role Description The Lead Piping Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Halol. The person in this role will lead piping design activities, oversee stress analysis, and ensure that all piping systems meet safety, reliability, and performance standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and validating engineering calculations, coordinating with project teams and clients, preparing and checking technical documentation, and guiding junior engineers and designers.

Engineer will collaborate with manufacturing, quality,



and project management teams to align designs with LISEGA’s modular pipe support systems and project requirements. The role also includes resolving technical issues, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of design practices and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in piping engineering, including experience with Piping Design and Piping system layout.
- Ability to perform and review detailed engineering Calculations related to Pipe sizing, flexibility, and support configurations.
- Proficiency in Stress Analysis of piping systems, including the use of relevant software tools.
- Solid understanding of industrial Pipe support systems and their integration into plant and facility designs.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in industrial or power, process, or similar sectors involving complex piping systems.
- Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, DIN) for piping and pipe supports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and manage priorities in a fast-paced engineering workplace.
