Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics & Supply Chain Planning Specialist to support end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple transportation modes, including air, ocean, and landside logistics. The role is responsible for planning, monitoring, coordinating, and optimizing logistics activities to ensure seamless order execution while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, supply chain expertise, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve performance, visibility, and efficiency across the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage logistics operations, including freight management, transportation planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities across air, ocean, and landside transportation channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key supply chain, operational, and commercial performance indicators and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Support planning and visibility activities to facilitate efficient order execution and supply chain coordination.
- Contribute to long-term supply chain strategies, network optimization, capacity planning, and production location decisions.
- Assist in improving the effectiveness of supply chain solutions across 2PL, 3PL, and 4PL environments.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and service levels.
- Coach and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues while supporting process governance and knowledge sharing.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain planning, freight operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and transportation management.
- Experience working with logistics service providers, carriers, and customer-facing operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in supply chain systems, planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines while managing multiple priorities.
