- Delivery and Administration of a range of training and development programs to meet the needs of an individual. Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management.
- Assist in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool. Drive CSAT/ Speak Surveys, action planning and periodic review.
- Design and develop workforce engagement strategy in conjunction with HR Head and Operations Head.
- Plan Talent Development, manpower budgeting and seek necessary approvals.
- Preparing training MIS.
- Managing PIP by identifying candidates and monitoring their progress.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Candidate willing to relocate to Shirwal location near Pune after 1 year.
