Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Remote

Experience

7+ years of relevant industry experience, with 3+ years in a people-leadership or team-lead capacity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 610 developers and testers.
- Conduct hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career-development conversations.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects/modules from requirements to production support.
- Break down requirements, estimate effort, plan sprints/releases, and manage timelines and risks.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Provide hands-on guidance on design, coding/configurations, reviews, and best practices.
- Drive code reviews, solution reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications

- Education: B.E./B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent





MBA/PGDM is a plus
- Experience:
- 7+ years total experience in relevant domain (IT services, product, healthcare IT, operations, etc.)
- Minimum 3+ years leading teams

Preferred / Positive-to-Have

- Prior experience in US healthcare or IT
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies
