Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic guidance on government affairs, policy advocacy, and regulatory compliance to clients across various industries.
- 1. Government Advisory & Engagement Delivery (60%) -- Lead the delivery of government advisory engagements partnering with government leadership to co-design high-impact initiatives and support their effective implementation.

-- Manage relationships with government stakeholders, donor partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle, while driving alignment between government strategic priorities and donor focus areas to enable sustainable scale and impact.

-- Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of engagement outcomes.

-- Ensure project milestones, timelines, and quality standards are consistently achieved while working effectively with the team, providing guidance, and fostering sustained motivation.

- Develop and implement effective government advisory services to support business growth and expansion plans.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key stakeholders, build relationships, and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, laws, and industry trends to provide expert advice on governance matters.

Job Requirements :

- 15-30 years of experience in government consulting
- - 15+ years of professional experience. -- Robust consulting experience, preferably in consulting organizations working on public sector or impact-focused engagements.

-- Proven experience in influencing key government stakeholders and anchoring implementation of flagship initiatives is a strong plus.

-- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior government stakeholders.

-- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of government relations, lobbying practices, and public policy development.
- Proven track record in developing successful partnerships with government agencies at all levels.
