Paranubhuti Foundation is looking for motivated students, freshers and individuals who are interested in lead generation, outreach, partnerships, marketing and social impact.

As a Lead Generation & Outreach Intern / Volunteer, you will get practical experience in identifying potential CSR partners, donors, sponsors, companies, institutions, colleges, communities and other organizations that may be interested in collaborating with our social initiatives.

Key responsibilities include researching potential leads, building lead databases, identifying decision-makers, sending outreach messages through email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, making follow-ups, maintaining lead records and supporting the team in developing recent collaborations and partnerships.

You will gain practical exposure to lead generation, prospect research, professional communication, email and LinkedIn outreach, networking, CRM/database management, CSR partnerships, campaign outreach and business development.

This opportunity is suitable for students, freshers and anyone who wants to develop practical communication, marketing, sales,



networking and social-impact skills. Previous experience is not mandatory. Good communication, research skills and a willingness to learn are preferred.

The opportunity is unpaid and collaborative. However, good performers may have opportunities for continued collaboration, future internships, leadership responsibilities, recommendations, or other suitable paid opportunities depending on performance, organizational requirements and availability.

You will receive practical experience working on real nonprofit outreach activities and may receive an internship/volunteer certificate upon successful completion, subject to the organization's applicable criteria.
