As our Lead Field Management, you'll be a pivotal player in our Field

Management team.

The Lead Field Management is a pivotal operational leader responsible for overseeing field research execution and data collection activities across India in a fully remote environment. In this people manager capacity, the role leads a dedicated team of Field Management Senior Associates to ensure all market research projects adhere to strict methodological protocols, project timelines,

and operational budgets. Daily activities involve managing resource allocations, monitoring data collection pipelines, resolving operational bottlenecks, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain the highest levels of data integrity. By bridging the gap between local field teams, technical analysts, and global leadership, this position directly drives the successful delivery of high-quality consumer insights that power advanced predictive models for world-class brands.

We're Looking For

Direct and oversee the activities of field teams, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to project protocols and timelines, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. This involves managing the scheduling, training, and performance of field staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to execute research tasks effectively, thus contributing to the overall success of data collection efforts. It requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve project objectives.

By effectively coordinating field teams, the Team Leader Field Management helps to maintain data quality and project momentum.

Identify and resolve issues that arise during field operations,

implementing solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum, this requires proactive problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze complex situations, and the capacity to make timely decisions to mitigate risks. It also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges, communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, and implementing preventive measures to avoid future issues. By effectively resolving problems, the Team Leader Field Management helps to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Provides guidance and support to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Investigates employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. This involves providing feedback and consulting with

Field Leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. A proactive approach to employee relations fosters a positive and productive work environment.

Facilitates the performance management process, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and have clear goals and development plans. Works with Field Leadership to identify and address performance issues, providing coaching and support as needed. Drives a culture of continuous improvement through effective performance management practices. This also includes ensuring alignment of individual goals with company objectives.

Participate in the recruitment and training of field staff,



ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively, which includes developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to enhance their capabilities. This involves identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted training programs to address specific needs, creating opportunities for professional development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. By investing in the recruitment and training of field staff, the Sr Assoc Field Management helps to build a highly skilled and motivated workforce, which is essential for delivering high-quality data and achieving project success.

Assists in the implementation and communication of MarketCast's HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization. Provides guidance to Field Leadership and employees on HR policies and procedures. Monitors compliance with HR policies and procedures, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns. This supports a fair and equitable work environment.

Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stays abreast of changes in legislation and implements necessary updates to policies and procedures. Manages employee records and ensures data accuracy and confidentiality. This mitigates risk and protects the organization from legal liability.

Develops and implements initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale. Conducts employee surveys, analyzes results, and recommends actions to address areas for improvement. Promotes a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering collaboration,

innovation, and employee well-being. These initiatives contribute to a more engaged and productive workforce.

Identifies training and development needs and works with Field

Leadership to implement programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinates training sessions and workshops on a variety of topics, such as leadership development, communication skills, and technical skills. Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and makes recommendations for improvement. This ensures that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business

Administration, Social Sciences).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management or a related role within the market research industry.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate field teams.

Proficiency in data collection methodologies and quality control procedures.

Experience with budget management and cost control.

Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and ethical guidelines.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
