Mission:
To manage the exsisting customers in terms of business and to develop new business for exsisting as well as new customer.
Responsibilities:
- Solid fundamental knowledge and experience in headliners,roofliner,overhead systems module design, development and validation of passenger or commercial vehicles.
- Candidate must have experience of minimum 2 complete product life cycles in Automotive Interiors
- Strong experience in Tooling, Manufacturing and Service feasibility on interior commodities 4. Experience in developing engineering models and Generating the concept sections, master sections and Engineering for style surface maturation and finalization 5. Experience and awareness of AIS, FMVSS, ECE, EURONCAP, regulations applicables.
- Well experienced in the design tools like QFD, DFMEA, and DFMA.
- Expert in Catia V5 modelling in all modules (Solid, surface, assembly design and kinematics).
- Good knowledge and experience of GD&T; application on plastic parts & tolerance stack-up analysis.
