Education and Certification

Qualification: MBA /MSW/ PGDGHRM/ Masters in HR

Detailed Manage employee discipline and grievance cases, ensuring timely, fair, and policy-compliant resolution.

Review investigations, assess risks, and recommend appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions.

Advise BHRPs and business leaders on complex employee relations and Code of Conduct matters.

Conduct and oversee sensitive grievance investigations and prepare evidence-based reports.

Draft and review disciplinary documents, including Show Cause Notices, warning and termination letters.

Partner with HR, Risk, DPO, investigators, and business stakeholders to resolve employee concerns.

Identify trends, recurring misconduct, and systemic workplace risks, and recommend preventive actions.

Conduct awareness sessions and training on workplace conduct, discipline, and grievance processes.

Prepare dashboards and leadership reports on cases, trends, investigation outcomes, and key risks.
