What you'll be doing

- Lead, plan, and deliver multiple data science/GenAI projects end-to-end, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
- Architect and build production-grade ML/GenAI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and MLOps.




- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and senior team members; establish best practices and code quality standards.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, scope work, and quantify impact.
- Communicate strategy, progress, and insights clearly to executives and cross functional teams.
- Support team and international colleagues on client-facing activities as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or master’s in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years in data science/ML, including leading projects and delivering production solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; expertise with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; experience with data visualization.
- Proven experience with GenAI/LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation, and safety/guardrails).
- Solid grasp of statistics, ML/DL algorithms, experimentation (A/B testing), and metric design.
- Demonstrated project/program management skills and stakeholder communication.
