We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation & Tele calling Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, , and market research.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
- Explain products/services, explain features and identify customer requirements
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or messages
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly targets
- Participate in client meetings, reviews, and sales presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
