Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Middle East Payroll solutions
- Drive global HR transformation programs and ensure seamless multi‑country rollouts
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best‑practice recommendations
- Architect scalable solutions integrating EC with payroll, time management,



and other HR modules
- Ensure compliance with regional payroll regulations and statutory requirements
