Lead Analyst - Operations/Enterprise risk management - 5+ Years - Pune

We are looking for an experienced Operational Risk / Enterprise Risk professional with strong expertise in risk governance, RCSA, incident and issue management, control oversight, and risk reporting. The role involves partnering with regional business units, providing effective second-line review and challenge, strengthening risk frameworks, and delivering actionable risk insights to senior stakeholders within the financial services and asset management environment.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating and supporting enterprise, operational, and non-financial risk management frameworks, standards, and governance requirements across regional business units.
- Leading the preparation and quality review of regional risk reports, dashboards, committee papers, and management information for senior governance forums.
- Coordinating RCSA activities, conducting second-line review and challenge of risk assessments and controls, and monitoring remediation actions.
- Reviewing operational risk incidents and issues, challenging root-cause analysis and remediation plans, and identifying recurring themes and emerging risks.
- Partnering with regional business units and risk teams while developing risk dashboards, management information, and analytics using Power BI and eGRC platforms.

Requirements

- Possessing 5+ years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, or a related control function within asset management or financial services.
- Demonstrating hands-on experience in RCSA, incident and issue management, KRIs, governance reporting, and second-line risk review and challenge.




- Having a strong understanding of end-to-end investment management processes, operational/non-financial risks, and the Three Lines Model.
- Demonstrating knowledge of financial services and asset management regulations, operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk, technology/data risk, and regulatory reporting.
- Possessing excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and preferably eGRC platforms such as IBM OpenPages/PRISM.
