Required Skills: Positive knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Knowledge of machining tools, inserts, and cutting parameters. Good knowledge of measuring instruments. Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good attention to detail and quality consciousness. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Qualification: ITI – Turner / Machinist / Fitter preferred. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage. Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in conventional lathe operation .
Preferred Candidate Profile: A technically skilled, disciplined, safety-conscious, and quality-focused candidate with hands-on experience in lathe machining and the ability to produce components accurately as per drawings and production requirements.
