- Salary: In-hand up to ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month + PF + Mediclaim + Conveyance Allowance

- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory

- Driving License: Mandatory

- Visit customer locations across Chennai to provide laptop servicing and repair services.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.

- Perform laptop repair, maintenance, and component replacement as required.

- Identify technical faults and provide appropriate solutions at customer locations.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software.

- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of repaired devices.

- Explain technical issues and repair requirements clearly to customers.

- Maintain service records and update details of completed jobs.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls.

- Follow company procedures and safety standards while handling customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Field Service

- Travel to customer locations for laptop servicing and repairs.





- Attend assigned service calls and resolve issues within the required timeline.

- Carry necessary tools and equipment for field-level troubleshooting.

Laptop Repair & Troubleshooting

- Diagnose hardware and software-related laptop problems.

- Troubleshoot issues related to components, operating systems, applications, and connectivity.

- Perform repairs, upgrades, and component replacements when required.

- Test laptops after servicing to ensure proper functionality.

Customer Support

- Communicate professionally with customers during service visits.

- Explain repair findings and recommended solutions.

- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in laptop servicing and repair is preferred.

- Basic to positive knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.

- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- Bike / Two-wheeler is mandatory.

- Valid Driving License is mandatory.

- Willingness to work in a field-based role across Chennai.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
