Job Role

- Manual Lathe Operator

- Operate manual lathe machines for machining bolt, nut, and fastener components.

- Perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, and other machining operations as required.

- Set up the lathe machine and workpieces according to job requirements.

- Ensure components are machined according to required dimensions and specifications.

- Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality.

- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance.

- Maintain proper safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.

- Complete assigned production work within the required timelines.

Job Requirements

- Experienced Manual Lathe Operator required.

- Experience in bolt, nut, or fastener manufacturing is preferred.

- Positive knowledge of manual lathe machine operations.

- Ability to understand basic measurements and machining requirements.

- Ability to work independently and maintain production quality.

Work Timing

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Weekly Off

- Sunday.
