Key Responsibilities: Design and coordinate with clients,



ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations. Take projects from concept to GFC and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements. Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors; present design intent confidently Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.

Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative setting.
