Laptop Chip-Level Service Engineer

- Perform chip-level repairs and servicing of laptops.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop motherboard and hardware faults.

- Identify issues in power circuits and other motherboard components.

- Perform component-level repairs using appropriate soldering and diagnostic techniques.

- Ensure all repairs are completed with high accuracy and reliability.

- Test repaired laptops to verify proper functionality and performance.

- Work independently and handle complex hardware repair issues.

- Maintain quality standards while performing chip-level servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Chip-Level Repair:

- Troubleshoot laptop motherboards at component level.

- Diagnose power circuit and motherboard-related faults.

- Perform precision soldering and component replacement at chip level.

- Identify faulty ICs, capacitors, MOSFETs, and other electronic components.

- Carry out advanced hardware repairs rather than complete part replacement.

Diagnosis & Testing





- Conduct detailed hardware diagnostics to identify the root cause of faults.

- Use appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment.

- Perform post-repair testing to ensure laptops are functioning correctly.

- Maintain high standards of repair quality and reliability.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in laptop chip-level servicing.

- Solid hands-on experience in chip-level diagnosis and soldering.

- Good knowledge of laptop motherboards and power circuits.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues independently.

- Good precision and attention to detail.

- Replacement technicians are not required.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed)
