Role Overview

We are looking for qualified and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) to support daily laboratory operations, sample processing, and diagnostic testing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Additional Key Responsibilities

- Perform and assist with molecular testing procedures as per established SOPs and laboratory protocols.
- Handle and process samples for molecular diagnostics while maintaining strict contamination-control practices.
- Operate and maintain molecular testing equipment and instruments as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation, result recording, and quality control of molecular testing procedures.

Additional Qualification & Requirement




- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of molecular testing techniques is preferred.
- Experience with molecular diagnostic workflows, sample extraction, PCR-based testing, and related laboratory procedures will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Solid understanding of sample handling, laboratory safety, and testing procedures.
- Experience in diagnostic laboratories or hospital-based laboratories is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
