Role & responsibilities

SNO. JOB RESPOSIBILITIES 1 1. Monitoring of house stock on daily basis. Calculate estimated recovery and send DMR report.

- Post Entries in SAP for quality and stock. Prepare Monthly and statutory reports like RT 7c and RT 8c. 2 1. To organise QC lab resources like Manpower, Chemicals, Budgeting and ensure that, analysis are carried out as per quality plan and reports are circulated on time.
- Ensure that, all special analysis - Mill Brix curves, Reducing sugar analysis, Colour profile, PI, PE etc are carried out as per analysis plan 3 1. To Coordinate with Engineering and Process team to control the leakages and overflows from Mill section to Centrifugal section and sugar spillages from Hopper to Warehouse.
- Bring up concern points for discussion during meetings and get the root cause addressed through follow up 4 Ensure that :

1. Analysis of Finished Goods are done as per Quality Plan 2 Ensure that appropriate lots meeting the customer spec are dispatched. 5 Ensure that :

2. Process Chemicals / Aids are analysed as per quality plan and approved.
3. Ensure that, the Packs are properly labelled and accompanied by COA,



Food safety certificate, MSDS, Halal and Kosher certificates as applicable.
4. Ensure that Migration test reports and Heavy metal test reports as required as per FSSAI are provided by the suppliers 6 1.Ensure that Lab Instruments are well maintained through periodical service, and Calibration.
5. Ensure reagents for analysis are maintained within their expiry date and well labelled.
6. Ensure House keeping in the laboratory as per GHP. 7 1.

To provide proper induction to current joinees in the lab, train all the QC personnel in analysis and all the contract workers on sampling methods.

7. Provide basic Hygiene, Food safety and GMP training to Packing room and FG area employees and contract workmen. 8 1. Ensuring PPE usage in Laboratory

9. Following MSDS for disposal of lab chemicals & Glasswares 9 Support CPG Business in ensuring quality by visiting the Rice & Dal Mills and providing support 10 Min 50 outlets/ Year to be visited
