Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 technical support for ARCON PAM-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues.

- Administer and support the ARCON PAM solution, including privileged accounts, users, policies, sessions, and access controls.

- Perform onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts into the PAM setting.

- Configure and manage Privileged IDs, Service IDs, Application IDs, and shared accounts.

- Manage user access, roles, permissions, groups, and authentication policies.

- Configure and maintain password policies, password rotation, reconciliation, and credential management.

- Troubleshoot PAM connectivity, authentication, authorization, password synchronization, and session-related issues.

- Monitor and troubleshoot privileged sessions, including session recording and playback.

- Support integration of ARCON PAM with Active Directory/LDAP, Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, and applications.

- Perform troubleshooting for RDP, SSH, database, and other privileged access connections.

- Monitor PAM servers/services and investigate system alerts and failures.

- Support installation, configuration, patching, upgrades,



and maintenance of ARCON PAM components.

- Analyze application and system logs to identify the root cause of incidents.

- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities as per defined ITIL processes.

- Coordinate with L1, L3, Infrastructure, Network, Database, Cybersecurity, and Application teams for issue resolution.

- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, changes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Support periodic access reviews, privileged account reviews, and audit requirements.

- Generate and analyze PAM reports related to privileged access and user activities.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and PAM best practices.

- Participate in DR activities, backup validation, and business continuity exercises.

- Perform RCA for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
