Our business operates across three major divisions Transportation, Express, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Head Kolkata to lead and drive the business across the North & North-East region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall FTL business, sales, and operations for the North & North-East region.
- Drive business growth, revenue, profitability, and market expansion across the cluster.
- Take complete ownership of the Cluster P&L; and deliver agreed business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Identify and acquire new customers and explore opportunities for business expansion.
- Lead the overall sales and operations team, ensuring achievement of business and operational KPIs.
- Drive customer retention, service excellence, and long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor and ensure timely outstanding recovery and receivables management.
- Ensure timely clearance and control of unbilled bills.
- Manage and strengthen the vendor/transport partner network for seamless operations.
- Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and service improvement.




- Review vehicle placement, delivery performance, customer commitments, and operational compliance.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.
- Build a strong and performance-oriented regional team through effective leadership, mentoring, and development.
- Work closely with senior management to formulate and execute regional business strategies.

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in the Logistics / Transportation industry.
- Strong and proven experience in FTL operations is mandatory.
- Prior experience handling regional/cluster-level business and P&L; responsibility.
- Strong exposure to Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Customer Management.
- Good understanding of the North & North-East India logistics market.
- Strong network and relationships with corporate/key customers will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing large teams and transport/vendor networks.
- Candidates based in Kolkata or willing to relocate to Kolkata will be preferred.
