Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Assistance





- Support cooks and chefs with preparation and cooking-related tasks.

- Perform basic chopping, peeling, washing, and ingredient preparation.

- Assist with plating and serving food when required.

- Help maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen.

Cleaning & Hygiene

- Clean kitchen workstations, utensils, cookware, and equipment.

- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.

- Dispose of kitchen waste properly.

- Keep the kitchen area organized and free from unnecessary clutter.

Stock & Supplies

- Assist in arranging and storing ingredients.

- Check basic availability of kitchen supplies.

- Inform the senior kitchen staff about required ingredients or shortages.
