Job Role

- Position: Kiosk Attendant – Rapido

- Location: Egmore Railway Station, Chennai

- Job Type: Full-Time, In office

- Shift: Rotational / As per station timings

- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹17,000 in-hand

- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month

- Benefits: PF + ESI

- Assist passengers with Rapido Cab/Taxi bookings at the railway station kiosk.

- Help new customers download the Rapido app and complete registration.

- Guide interested candidates through the Rapido driver onboarding process.

- Distribute pamphlets and promote Rapido services at the station.

- Handle passenger queries related to bookings, fares, and ride status.

- Provide timely assistance and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Promote Rapido services and increase customer adoption at the kiosk.

- Handle passenger rush professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Passenger Assistance

- Assist customers with cab/taxi booking requirements.

- Explain booking procedures and provide necessary guidance.

- Help passengers with queries related to fares and ride status.

App Onboarding

- Help new users download and install the Rapido app.

- Assist customers with registration and basic app usage.





- Guide users through the booking process.

Driver Outreach

- Distribute promotional pamphlets to potential driver partners.

- Explain the driver onboarding process to interested candidates.

- Guide prospective drivers regarding registration and joining procedures.

Customer Support & Brand Promotion

- Resolve customer queries professionally.

- Promote Rapido services among railway passengers.

- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence at the kiosk.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English preferred.

- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.

- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality.

- Comfortable working at a public place and handling passenger rush.

- Prior experience in customer service or field sales is an added advantage.
