Telesales Executive Associate

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote financial products.

- Promote loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and productivity targets.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Follow company policies, processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: 0–1 year of sales/telesales experience preferred.





- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven call-centre environment.

- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products preferred.

- Languages: English + any one of Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Odia, or Malayalam.
