We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior WordPress Developer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be converting high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites using Elementor. The ideal candidate has a solid eye for design layout and is comfortable using custom CSS to bridge any gaps that standard page builders cannot handle.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert Figma files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages.

- Build and customize layouts using the Elementor Pro page builder.

- Write clean, semantic CSS for advanced styling, animations, and responsive adjustments.

- Optimize site performance to ensure fast loading times and cross-browser compatibility.

- Maintain mobile-first standards across all tablet and mobile screen sizes.

- Troubleshoot layout bugs and formatting issues independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum 1 year of professional experience in WordPress web development.

- Design Tools: Proficiency in navigating Figma to export assets, inspect spacing, and extract typography/colors.

- Page Builders: Deep, hands-on understanding of Elementor (containers, widgets, templates).

- Core Web Languages: Strong foundational knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Media Queries).

- Detail-Oriented: A strict eye for matching spacing, typography, and alignments from the design layout.

- Basic WP Admin: Familiarity with configuring WordPress plugins, menus, and theme settings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
