Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled Kajabi Systems Migration Architect to lead the backend infrastructure set-up and data migration from Zenler to Kajabi on their Growth tier. In this role, you will architect customer journeys, refine CRM tagging frameworks, and configure seamless email and community access automations. It is an outstanding opportunity for an expert who excels at building flawless backend systems that cleanly support a brand's front-end experience.

Schedule: Flexible during client business hours, Irvine California

Responsibilities

- Core Infrastructure & Lead Capture: Build seamless lead capture pathways, automated delivery for free-gift experiences, and initial opt-in flows.
- Email Sequences & Communication: Set up multi-step automated email sequences, transactional updates, ongoing communication pathways, and scheduled follow-up automations.
- CRM, Tagging & Segmentation: Architect a transparent tagging hierarchy and customer segmentation framework to accurately manage user movement across all offers.
- Onboarding & Community Access: Configure automated client onboarding workflows and seamlessly link purchase/opt-in triggers to Kajabi Community access levels.
- Scheduling Integration:



Connect and automate scheduling tools for 1:1 sessions or group events (e.g., Personal Guidance/Workshops).
- QA & Documentation: Test every pathway end-to-end, clean up non-firing triggers, and provide clear documentation explaining the system for post-launch handoff.

Requirements

- Advanced expertise in Kajabi backend architecture (Growth plan level).
- Proven track record with lead magnet delivery, community access provisioning, and automated email sequences.
- Strong knowledge of CRM logic, tag hygiene, and complex conditional triggers.
- Ability to map technical workflows directly to pre-designed front-end site structures.
- Excellent documentation skills for training non-technical clients.
