Senior Engineer In 5C machine shop ME - (BE-Mech,BE-prod, DME) 1.Support new product & process development strategies and identify implementation techniques for the new product with CRE & AE
2.Lead smart manufacturing process establishment
3.Review, analysis & implement actions for non-conformance, customer complaints, line rejection.
4.Manage overall process related planning, design & monitoring activities to support the production process
5.Ensure completion of DFM, DFA, routing,
engineering change management and execution of make or buy decision
6.Feasibility review of manufacturing recent product & proto. Provide appropriate facility for the development
8.Layout design & required facility planning like conveyor, platforms etc.
1. Provide support for Line layout modifications
2. Execute Cycle time & manpower calculation by using IE techniques
3. Develop CNC part programming for new parts or modification in program due to new cutting tool/fixture.
