Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven architecture for high-performance, real-time systems.
- Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices integrated with Kafka for producing and consuming events.
- Define Kafka cluster architecture (brokers, partitions, replication, schema registry, security, monitoring).




- Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of Kafka clusters.
- Ensure data governance, reliability, and fault tolerance in distributed systems.
- Optimize Kafka for throughput, latency, and storage efficiency.
- Lead the adoption of stream processing frameworks (Kafka Streams, kSQL, Flink, or Spark Streaming).
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design event-driven workflows.
- Define best practices, design patterns, and reusable frameworks for Kafka + Spring Boot integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance tuning guidance.
- Lead the adoption of stream processing frameworks (Kafka Streams, kSQL, Flink, or Spark Streaming).
