About the Role

Fusion Doors is a door manufacturing and supply company based in Hyderabad. We are looking for two Junior Site Engineers to independently manage door installation sites from start to handover. You will be the company's point person on site — coordinating installers, tracking progress, and ensuring quality — with guidance from the owner and a senior site supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day work at assigned door installation sites
- Take and verify site measurements; check openings against order specifications before installation
- Supervise installation teams and coordinate labour, material delivery, and tools at site
- Ensure doors, frames, and hardware are installed correctly, aligned, and finished to quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, builders, and contractors on site for access, schedules, and snag resolution
- Report daily progress, material requirements,



and site issues to the senior site supervisor / owner
- Maintain basic site records — measurements, installation status, pending works, material received
- Handle client walkthroughs and close out snag lists before handover

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent site experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in site execution; door/window/interior fit-out experience is a robust plus
- Ability to read drawings and take accurate site measurements
- Comfortable managing labour and dealing with clients and contractors on site
- Willing to travel to project sites; two-wheeler preferred
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp/Excel for reporting; Telugu and Hindi/English communication
