Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role based in Mapusa.

The Junior Sales

Executive will assist customers in the store, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable acoustic and audio products. Daily tasks include greeting customers, explaining product features and pricing, handling inquiries, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate product benefits clearly.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in audio, acoustic products, or consumer electronics.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems, billing, and handling cash or digital payment transactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage product displays, stock checks, and store cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and follow company procedures and guidelines.
- Positive spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mapusa, including weekends or extended hours as required by retail operations.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are welcome.
