Position: Junior Process Analyst

Location: Trivandrum

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Process Analyst to support our Compliance, Quality, and Information Security initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to compliance management, internal audits, ISO standards, SOC implementation, process documentation, and customer engagement activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in interacting with stakeholders, and a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in Compliance, Auditing, Quality Management, or related areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Support compliance, quality, and Information Security audit-related activities across the organization.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation related to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and SOC compliance requirements.
- Support external, certification, and customer audits by assisting in evidence collection, documentation, and audit coordination activities.
- Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings and support follow-up activities.
- Track audit observations,



corrective actions, and closure status under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain compliance trackers, audit records, reports, and repositories.
- Support process reviews, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with compliance, quality, information security, and business teams to support organizational objectives and Risk management.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and independently manage smaller compliance and audit tasks when required.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience, including internships, in Compliance, Auditing, Quality Management, Information Security, Governance, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills, with confidence and clarity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
