Role Description The Junior Presales Intern is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position supports the presales team in understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in solution presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting basic market and customer research, compiling data and documentation for pitches, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information for client conversations.

The intern will help respond to preliminary customer inquiries, maintain records of client interactions,



and support the preparation of demos and presentations. The role offers hands-on exposure to consulting, customer engagement, and digital marketing solutions, with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand client needs, and support solution recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, and to present information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to assist in understanding business challenges and aligning suitable service offerings.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle queries professionally and contribute to positive client experiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, e-commerce platforms (especially Amazon), and online advertising is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate in a team environment, and manage tasks with attention to detail.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and documentation tools) is advantageous.
