Role Description The Junior Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in NH48, Kosamba, Surat. This role involves assisting in daily production activities, monitoring manufacturing processes, and supporting production planning to meet output and quality targets.

The Junior Production

Engineer will help implement and maintain quality control procedures, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing basic production reports,



and supporting equipment maintenance activities. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient plant operations while learning and developing within a structured engineering environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Production Engineering principles and support production planning activities.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices and standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with supervisors, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment, safety practices, and process documentation.
- Freshers can apply or Maximum 3 years of experience is preffered.
- ⁠Experience in battery manufacturing, automotive, electrical, electronics or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production reporting tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial setting and learn from senior engineers.
