Role Description The Junior Lead Generation Intern is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads through online research, databases, and social media platforms, and maintaining accurate records of prospects in internal tools or CRM systems. The intern will support market research activities to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends, and assist the sales team by scheduling calls, sharing information with prospects, and preparing basic reports.





Day-to-day tasks also include communicating with potential clients via email or phone under guidance, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns, and contributing to continuous improvement of lead handling processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads through online and offline channels.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer segments.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging prospects and coordinating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales-related skills, including understanding sales funnels and supporting outreach activities.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and online research platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and advertising, especially Amazon marketplace operations, is an advantage.
