· Provide technical support for employees and customers regarding hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment within the organization and also at customer premises.

· Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email, and business applications including applications like one drive , share point etc.

· Support and monitor cloud servers and cloud-based infrastructure.

· Assist with the management of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

· Monitor server performance, availability, backups, and basic security configurations.

· Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud-based applications.

· Support basic AI tools, AI applications, and AI-based automation systems used within the organization.

· Assist with the integration of AI applications with existing business systems and software.

· Support networking infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.





· Assist in user account management, password resets, and access control.

· Perform basic system backup, recovery, and cybersecurity activities.

· Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.

· Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required. · 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, Cloud Support, or Technical Support.

· Experience working with cloud servers or cloud infrastructure.

· Basic to positive knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

· Understanding of server management, cloud deployment, backups, monitoring, and security.

· Basic understanding of AI technologies, AI tools, APIs, and AI-based applications.

· Familiarity with integrating AI tools or applications into business workflows is preferred.
