Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing functional and aesthetically pleasing residential interiors. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with space planning, preparing design concepts and mood boards, and supporting the creation of construction and presentation drawings. The role involves coordinating FF&E; selections, such as furniture, fixtures, and finishes, and helping document specifications for client reviews.

The Junior Interior

Designer will participate in site visits, measurements, and quality checks, and collaborate closely with senior designers, vendors, and contractors. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications





- Ability to apply Interior Design principles with a focus on Space Planning to create functional residential layouts.
- Foundational understanding of Architecture and familiarity with Construction Drawings to support design documentation and coordination.
- Experience or coursework in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes, with attention to quality, budget, and style.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate client needs into practical design solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in residential interiors is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct site visits, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
