Role Description The Junior Hardware Engineer will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems. Daily responsibilities include assisting in circuit design, schematic creation, PCB layout review, and basic troubleshooting of hardware prototypes.

The role involves collaborating with senior engineers to implement design changes, document test results, and ensure that hardware meets performance and reliability standards.

Engineer will also participate in lab setups, component selection, and integration of hardware with related electronic and computer systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundation in hardware development and general hardware engineering, with the ability to support design and analysis activities.
- Skills in circuit design and electronics hardware design, including understanding of schematics, PCB concepts, and basic analog/digital principles.
- Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., Cadence Capture CIS, Allegro).
- Knowledge of microprocessors, microcontrollers, FPGA, and embedded system concepts.
- Familiarity with standard lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) and basic debugging techniques.
- Effective communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a structured engineering environment.
