Junior HR Executive / HR Fresher

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidate interviews.

- Post job vacancies relevant job portals and social media platforms.

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain candidate databases.

- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.

- Support attendance, leave, and basic payroll-related activities.

- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment status updates.

- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

- Handle employee queries and coordinate with the concerned departments when required.

- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines are communicated and followed.





- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or master degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.

- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn.

- Candidates with internship or recruitment experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
