About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our marketing and events teams with high-quality visual content for conferences, training programs and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and able to work within strict brand and design guidelines , while delivering professional and consistent designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design LinkedIn creatives , event promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Create event banners, agendas, brochures, presentations, flyers and other marketing materials .
- Adapt designs and templates into different formats and sizes while maintaining consistency.
- Follow brand guidelines covering typography, colours, layouts, logos and visual style .
- Ensure accuracy of event names, dates, speakers, agendas and other content.
- Prepare artwork for digital and print production.
- Work with marketing and event teams, incorporate feedback and manage revisions.
- Manage multiple design requests and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience .
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator and InDesign or equivalent professional tools.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy .
- Experience creating LinkedIn creatives and marketing materials .
- Understanding of digital and print design requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow strict design guidelines and established templates .
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field preferred.
- Portfolio is mandatory.
