Job Title : Junior Performance Marketing Executive (Analyst)
Timing : 11 AM to 8 PM

Location: Hazra More, Kolkata
Role Summary :
Looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Junior Performance Marketing Analyst to become a core member of our Performance Marketing Audit & Execution Team.
This is not a strategy role. The Performance Marketing Lead will define campaign strategies, identify optimization opportunities, and make key decisions. Your responsibility is to execute those decisions accurately, maintain reporting systems, analyze campaign data, verify tracking, and support campaign audits.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, dashboards, spreadsheets, structured processes, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
● Execute changes in Meta Ads and Google Ads as instructed.
● Create, duplicate, pause, and optimize campaigns.
● Manage budgets, audiences, creatives, placements, and campaign settings.
● Follow SOPs and maintain campaign hygiene.
Reporting & Data Management
● Consolidate data from multiple sources.
● Maintain reporting dashboards and audit sheets.
● Update weekly and monthly reports.
● Ensure data accuracy across all accounts.
● Organize reporting documentation.
