Role OverviewWe are looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support Garden Flavours’ marketing and brand communication across digital and offline formats.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on design experience who wants to grow in a structured B2B company environment while learning under a seasoned Graphic Designer.

The designer should be comfortable working on social media creatives, presentations, product communication, catalogues, packaging-related layouts, emailers, brochures, and internal brand collaterals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create designs for social media, LinkedIn, website banners, emailers, brochures, catalogues, sales decks, presentations, print material, and internal communication.
- Support product and brand communication for a flavours, food ingredients, and B2B manufacturing company.
- Work closely with the senior Graphic Designer, Content & Creative Lead, Marketing, Sales, and internal teams to understand briefs and deliver relevant creative outputs.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency, layout discipline, typography, spacing, and visual quality.
- Assist in creating packaging-related artworks, product labels, mockups, campaign visuals, and marketing collaterals.
- Use references, moodboards, market research, and AI tools to improve design thinking, ideation, and visual presentation.
- Bring curiosity, fresh ideas, and attention to detail to every creative task.

Required Skills
- Positive working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
- Working knowledge of AI design / creative tools for ideation, image generation, mockups, presentations, and workflow support.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, reels, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, image selection, and brand consistency.
- Ability to design for both digital and print formats.
- Comfortable working with briefs, feedback, timelines, and revisions.
- A portfolio showing relevant design work is preferred.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food, packaging, ingredients, B2B, manufacturing, agency, or brand design will be preferred.
