Hiring Junior executive accounts for Global Operations Muthoot Forex looking for candidates candidates with 1 years of experience; work timings 09:00 - 05:30pm

Good understanding of basic accounting concepts and entries, ability to work with accounting data and supporting documentation, working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Word and Excel

1. Ensuring that all prefunding bank accounts are accurately reconciled on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
2. Maintaining precise records for all incoming prefunds and outgoing funds to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
3. Quarterly confirming balances with active agents to ensure transparency and prevent issues.
4. Proactively analysing financial data to identify any instances of revenue loss and proposing corrective actions.
5. Effectively clarifying and resolving any accounting discrepancies to all the agents in order ensure the seamless operation of the business.
6. Preparing and processing all necessary journal entries at the end of each month to finalize accounts,



ensuring all revenues and expenses are appropriately recorded.
7. Reconciling transactions and balances between intercompany entities to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
8. Providing comprehensive assistance to my superior on various tasks as needed, ensuring efficient workflow and timely submission of financials.
9. Daily updating of revenue figures to the upper management. Providing this timely information is essential to ensure that management has the necessary insights to make informed decisions and monitor our financial performance effectively.
10. Timely transferring funds to all payouts as per the instructions received from the Treasury Department, In order to avoid any delays or disruptions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
